The nights are still chilly enough to enjoy this warm cocktail as part of your St. Patrick’s Day celebration…it tastes exactly like the classic candy!

Peppermint O’ Paddy

(Makes 1 cocktail)

• 1 oz brandy
• 1 oz white crème de menthe
• ½ oz dark rum
• 4 oz white hot chocolate ( pick your favorite )
• Chocolate flavored whip cream and crushed Peppermint Altoids for garnish (optional)

Directions:

• In a heatproof mug, prepare your white hot chocolate according according to  the directions on the mix.
• Combine the brandy, white crème de menthe, dark rum and stir until mixed.
• Top with whipped cream and crushed Altoids.
