Pink grapefruit is sweet yet tart and lends itself to the refreshing vodka cocktail…try this one for your next afternoon soiree!

Pink Grapefruit Cocktail

Makes 1 cocktail - but you will want a double!

• 3 ½ ounces fresh pink grapefruit, plus wedge for garnish
• ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
• ½ ounce orange liqueur
• 2 ounces vodka

Shake all ingredients with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Add a touch more fruit juice or vodka to taste if you like it a bit sweeter/stronger. Strain into a martini glass (chill it 1st for a special treat) and garnish with grapefruit. Enjoy!
