After a long winter, spring is all about renewal. The birds are chirping, the sun is finally shining, and this exciting new libation will be sure and give your mouth a little pop! The Lavender Collins is a fragrant cocktail made with lavender syrup and fresh lemon juice. Bombay Sapphire has wonderful botanicals such as lemon peel, juniper berries and coriander that will certainly add a blossoming kick to your palate. I saw this recipe and just had to mix one up. And then I mixed a second one and then a third one….needless to say – highly addictive! Could Gin be my new Vodka?!
